Fannie Mae’s Home Purchase Sentiment Index increased in January to its highest point since March 2022. 82% of respondents in the Fannie Mae survey expressed confidence in job security, up from 75% in December. Another bright spot was that 60% of respondents said it was an excellent time to sell.
