Effective January 1, 2022 the State of Oregon has outlawed home buyer 'love letters' to home sellers. The Oregon law: HB 2550, mandates that a seller’s agent reject any communication other than customary documents in a real estate transaction, including photographs and or letters provided by a buyer.
