Effective March 20, before the signing or renewal of leases, with signatures, Landlords must present Flood Risk Notices to tenants. Required Disclosure Notice: @ FloodDisclosure.NJ.GOV. Flood insurance may be available to renters through the National Flood Insurance Program (FEMA) to cover personal property and contents in the event of a flood.
