In October 2022, Houzz surveyed 4000 homeowners with home improvement plans. With high inflation and costs of construction materials and ongoing supply chain issues, 22 percent will complete their projects by the end of 2022, and only 1 percent put their plans on the back burner—the rest plan on proceeding with renovations in 2023.
